Here is a great little addition to your hose / washing equipment from the trusted Betterware brand. Comes new in box (simply removed to take photographs!)
This Jet Wash / Jet Water Sweeper Hose connects to your hose. It has on / off control valve (also permits you to adjust pressure / volume). Never utilised so cannot comment on spray capacity or indeed its effectiveness!
