Pedal bin (some rust) (Cardiff Bay CF10)

I've got a new kitchen bin so wondered if anyone will make any use of this (possibly for a garage or something as it is showing quite a lot of rust on the outside, and a couple of dents)

its 40cm high so holds a small type bin bag or carrier bag

pedal works but as mentioned, it's showing quite a bit of rust on the outside
