Don't know if anyone can repurpose these. Dusty as has been on top of the cupboard for a while and needs a clean based on if you want to use it as a food tray.
I think these were left over from a party a long time ago.
If you don't want to clean it then maybe can be used as a plant pot base or in the garden.
