pet stroller (double esp.) (2 hr radius from Sultan, WA)

Hello, I am seeking a pet stroller, ideally big enough for two small dogs (shorkie and pomchi). One is recently a tri-pawd after cancer and can't walk as long as she used to but still enjoys looking, listening, & sniffing. Her buddy wants to go go go but he also has old injuries (rescue from a neglect situation) so it's good if I can scoop him up as well if he starts to feel sore. Can pick up from Smokey Point to Seattle to Eastside to Index.
