Very good looking and great quality -- would be good on large purse or luggage bag.
It's green -- a shamrock or kelly green (I think) with white decorative stitching (in parallel lines running the length of the strap) and nice metal fittings. The strap is 1" wide, adjustable length and can be fastened at both ends or with one end in a loop.
