Motorola Landline handset (Mylor Bridge TR11)

Although only a couple of years old, the handset stopped charging? I bought a replacement battery, but no luck?!
It could be a simple fix for someone with electronic skills, or it could be completely useless? All the cables and wifi link included.(plus a manual)
Please take it off my hands if you can use it, otherwise it's going into e-waste at the dump.
