I have a 3 seater sofa from IKEA to give away. I'm the second owner of this furniture. Item is not destroyed but is very dirty, have lots of stains (not sure if there is a way to wash it but maybe someone would manage that or DIY with a new cover).
It takes two people to get it downstairs.
