Black IKEA futon (Silver Spring, MD)

Black futon from IKEA. 70” length 22” depth (42” depth folded out) 12” height. 8 years old, somewhat used but in good condition. There is a rip in the upholstery (see picture). Easily folds down and back up. Pick up only.
