A staple got jammed in stapler first time trying. Even the hardware store couldn't get it unjammed as none of the pieces come apart. It's heavy duty and handle grip is super comfortable rubber. You could still use it to hammer stuff: walnuts, tent pegs. You could try to unstick it with enough force, I can't.
