Garage door opener (Dellyne and Coors NW)

1/2 HP, motor and rod. I have some of the electrical connections or wires but some is probably missing, arm is missing.
I was thinking it could be a good replacement motor or you could use the motor for something else. I’m near Dellyne and Coors. You must come pick it up. The rod is long!
