Garden parasol, straw hawaiian tiki style (Ashingdon SS5)
It is in working condition but a bit stiff to operate. I had to turn it upside down and push down to get it to click into place. The tilt appears to work. It makes a lovely sound in the breeze. Please bear in mind it was my grand parents so quite old, I'm sure it has more use to give though.
