Bed (Allington Gonerby Lane)

This beautiful, probably Victorian, Satin Wood bed with delicately carved top and end. Standard double size of 4ft 3 in wide and 6ft 3ins long. On castors and stands 2ft off the floor without mattress. Parting with it reluctantly due to mobility problems, which mean I can no longer get into the bed comfortably. It has an iron frame with a stretched spring base supported by the bed ends. The Welsh blanket and mattress are not included (unless you want the mattress, which is a bit old). Pretty good condition. A little damage on the bottom end. The light in the picture is not sun bleaching but light shining on the polished wood. You would have to dismantle. Unable to offer this for long as we have a new bed coming.
