Self propelled wheelchair (St Andrew's Wharf DE1)

This is a wheelchair that the user propels themselves by pushing the wheels by hand; it has no back or handles to push, it does have adjustable/removable foot rest, lightweight mag wheels. Has been stored for last couple of years, purchased when my mobility took a turn for the worse, but fortunately or stubbornly, has not reached the pint I need to use it regularly. So cluttering up the place and needs to go and for me to stop thinking I'm tempting fate! See pictures for condition. Will need collecting, just let me know when you can collect from near the railway station.
