Garden swing cushions (BN27)

I have 3 x cushions for a garden swing(not child’s swing) they have never been used, but as you can see the back cover is rotting away. I would think this could be easily repaired. These are made from cotton and are not waterproof. I think there might also be 2 x scatter cushions as well.
