Vertical blinds for window (Hillsborough S6)

A friend moved house, and took down these grey vertical blinds from the windows at her new house. Can anyone use them?
See the photos and description below. You would need to know how to fix them up! Sorry, I don't have any instructions
There are:
x 2 metal curtain rails "white". each one is 178 cm (70 inches) long.
  at least one of the rails has the correct bracket / screws to fix it to wall or ceiling.
- Several batches of the vertical blinds. They are light grey and in good condition. Length/drop of each is 97cm
If you are interested, do get in touch. I tend to reply to people who let me know why they'd like it. (ie I may not reply if you just say "Is it available"). I'm sorry I don't know more about the blinds. But if they are any use you are welcome to collect them.
Collection is from Sheffield S6 - Hillsborough area near to Morrisons / Bus Interchange.
