Household items (B23)

Hi just a quick ask I've just recently been given my first flat as been in supported shared housing for a considerable amount of time and was told this was place to ask who give items they don't need would appreciate any help I could get as I have no items as was the landlords so if anyone could help with tv microwave etc much appreciated thanks as cant afford to buy as on low benefits, thanks so much I live right by Erdington train station if anyone could deliver as suffer with fibromalgia many thanks
