Kids playhouse, 5'x6' (1.52m x 1.68m) in reasonable condition. It could do with another coat of paint and if I still have some left from last time, I'll give you that too.
It should dismantle into the four side panels. The roof is secured from above so the felt will need to be torn and replaced to get that off.
I'm happy to either dismantle in advance or help you take it apart when you collect. We are near Ham Shades Lane so it may be possible for a few people to carry it if we can get it over the gate, if you are very local.
The side panels are 1.73m x 1.15m, the ends are 1.52m x 1.57m.
