Tropical Fish looking for a home - due to house move (Abbey Wood DA17)

I am taking my tank with me when moving home but cannot take my tropical fish due to length of journey and establishing set up.

So I'm looking for someone with an established tropical tank able to adopt my fish.

I have a variety of Tetras and 2 Plecos.
Approx number/type/age:
- 6 Diamond Tetras (2yo)
- 6 Neon Tetras (2yo)
- 1 Harlequin Tetra (3yo)
- 1 Zebra Tetra (3yo)
- 3 Orange Platys (1yo)
- 2 Bristlenose Plecos -1 small 1 large (both 8yo)

I would need someone with experience of caring for tropical fish who is in the area, so not a long distance for transport.
