Hello, I have a hospital appointment in Newcastle soon and a nurse has phoned and told me that I will be given my next batch of medication to bring back with me at the appointment. The problem is, it has to be kept cold and I need to stop it from warming up on the drive back to Penrith.
Could anyone give me a cold box and/or ice packs for the journey? Hopefully this is a one off as it is normally delivered to me at home via a refrigerated van but for some reason they want me to transport it myself this time, probably because my appointment in Newcastle coincides with when I need the next batch.
I’d be really grateful if someone could help me out.
