bird feeder to fit a pole (New Street, Ludlow)

Does anyone have a spare feeder that will fit a pole? It needs to have a specific screw fitting like the green one in the photo. I have plenty of the clear plastic part, so I don't need those. I included that photo to illustrate how the feeder goes on to the pole.
