Below is the build order for the cover. You can also have the "lift" which just needs to be removed from tub. Will need a truck and some strong backs to get it out.

Fold direction: Fold the A side of the cover in half (standard)

Split corner skirt: Add split skirts

Extra waterlogging protection: Double thick + double wrapped
Long Steam Stopper (*Recommended): Long steam stopper
Upgrade foam core to support more weight: 1.5# core. Shear strength 26-32 psi (Estimated 4-2 taper static load limit - 270 pounds)
Strengthen the fold for use with a cover lifter: Yes
Placement of tie down straps: Tie downs on handle sides
