Rusty wheelbarrow plus new wheel (HX3, Halifax)

Old wheel barrow that had been gifted to me some years ago. Someone had mixed cement in and the actual container part has no holes or rust but other metal bits have rust on. Wheel is a bit stiff but throwing in a new plastic wheel too. You can still wheel it around for carrying stuff. Would be also great as a garden feature/ trug if you planted stuff in, I just haven’t the space anymore.
