Excellent condition! It is broken down for easy transport. The last pic is what it looks like when set up. I’ve mapped out where the set is located in the pod. Everything is that warm brown color. Hard to miss! Take the cardboard box, it contains all the hardware.
*please note, none of the addl. items in the last pic are available. Only the bed/shelf/sides & desk.
The only other available free items are INSIDE the pod at the top of the driveway and items WITHIN the red taped off area. Help yourself. But do not remove anything marked off limits inside the pod.
