Plastic things- tubes, caps, metal basket - art project? (Newington EH9)

I have a bag full of plastic tubes, each about 5-6cm tall. 17mm diameter coloured caps (not lids for the tubes), and a metal basket 25cm(w)x25cm(l)x11cm(h). Could be used for arts/crafts or other DIY things.
