Information on getting Japanese sword hilts repaired (Royston EH5)

Hello

Does anybody know if there is anywhere in Edinburgh that repairs the hilts of Japanese swords.

I have asked the Japanese consulate though no reply yet and I don’t know if I’ll get one.
