a wind break (Seaford BN25)

please I am looking for a wind break to go round my fish pond as the seagulls are getting my fish I am disabled and trying to look afer the fish so I am looking for a wind break to tie round the pond to keep them off so I am hoping some one can please help me thanks for reading
