Terracotta pots (langdon hills)

Hi, is anyone getting rid of terracotta clay pots? I would like to try out using an olla system to water my veggie patch but I’m put off by the price and I reckon that 2 terracotta pots joined together will work the same. Any size would be great and the bigger the better :) I live in SS16 area and only have access to a car in the evening and at weekends. Thank you so much for reading this. Kind regards Julie
