Clothes, hygiene, etc (Upper west side)

In search of items for a 17yr old girl in Little Rock. She is about 5'3 135lb large shirts 8-10 in pants 7 1/2 shoes. If anyone could spare anything to help clothes hygiene or just something to help occupy her mind it would be greatly appreciated.
