Electric scooter (Hereford, HR1)

Big ask and very cheeky i know....my elderly neighbour who is very ill and cannot get around without getting breathless and is on permanent oxygen is going mad being confined to her room all day and night, she just wants to be able to have a little freedom in her last days from relying on friends and her son all the time. Being stuck in her room all day is driving her crazy, she has a little money to contribute if needed...any help would be appreciated please...thank you
