The unit is completely sanitized. If you are not happy with a used seat, you will need to purchase a new one.
You will also need to purchase the following for installation:
1. A new tank to bowl seal or seal kit
2. A new wax ring or kit that includes closet bolts and caps for bowl to waste flange
3. A small tube of silicone sealant for the edge of the bowl base to floor
All items can be purchased at Home Depot or Lowes.
