Kids petrol quad bike (not running) (Shap CA10)

Hi shed clearcut.. kids petrol quad bike..got it originally for a tall 7yr old...need some major tlc, pull starter has broken so that need replacing very heavy and you'll need a trailer, make a smashing bike if you know how to work on it...collection only please
