Fluorescent light with wood frame (Oakland/Eastlake)
Takes 4 ft bulbs. One half stopped working. I haven't investigated, but it's a very simple wiring set up, so I expect it would be easy to fix. The other side works fine. I also have 3 extra bulbs for it.
