extension cable (CH64)

Looking for an extension cable which got a plug that can be screw opened

Cannot pass the sized plug which I have through the cabinet
So would ideally want to assemble the plug after passing the cables through smaller hole of the cabinet


Any length should do small or big
Don't need many sockets on other end too
