Comfrey leaves or cutting from plant. (Eckington S21)

I want to try making a poultice using comfrey leaves, I'm told its good for inflammation, worth a try. I will find a way of growing my own for next year. Hoping someone has some down the allotment? Thanks for helping with this, I can collect to suit you no.problem.
