In fair condition. Comfortable and fully functional as a couch but there are some cosmetic flaws - scratches on the front part of the couch and a tear on the side (see pics).
A couch cover would be good if you want it to look nicer, but would probably be good in a room with older kids so you don't mind if it gets ruined
