Broken chair with spindles (Bannockburn FK7)

Hello, strange request, but I'm trying to fix a chair for my sister and it has a broken spindle. It's a small wooden chair, so looking for a spindle to fit. Bit of a long shot, but if anyone has a small wooden broken chair with spindles and you're thinking about throwing it out - DON'T - I will try to recycle :) length of spindle is about 36/37cm (14/15inches), if you have a longer spindle again don't worry, I think it could be shortened, but unfortunately a short one can't be lengthened! (Bit like, what can a black hen do that a white hen can't? A black hen can lay white eggs but a white hen can't lay a black egg, boom boom! 'Cracks' me up every time). Bee
