Twin buggy (SE25)

I was gifted this buggy from the salvation army. I haven't used it as can't work out how to fold and have now bought one. The handle bar padding I have taken off and the wiped with alcohol wipe and the writing I tried to clear off completely to clean it up. U can get handle cover from amazon and probably temu or shein. Please take note I can't put down so either you will know if you are unable to you will have to walk away with it or have a large space in your vehicle to take it.
