Black and white plastic chess set.
Unfortunately there are 2 pawns missing,1 black and 1 white pawn.This was never a problem when playing we just substituted buttons/coins/counters for the missing pawns.
The chess set was purchased in Moscow in 1978 and is in good condition (apart from the missing pawns).
The underside of the board is lined with brown material(?velvet) and can close over and fasten for storage of chess pieces.
