Unusual delicate little tea cup, slight chip (Heaton NE6)

This dainty porcelain tea cup is a collector's piece.
It is gold rimmed and decorated with colourful flowers outside and also inside right at the bottom.
The handle is in the shape of a snake biting the rim.
There are interesting markings on the bottom which may determine its age.
Unfortunately, it has a tiny chink on the inside.
Can be collected from NE6 or I can deliver within cycling distance
