Large cactus (Woolton L25)

Large cactus plant needs some TLC.
I've had this plant for many years but has now grown quite big and heavy and to be honest isn't looking its best. It definitely could do with some TLC. Although it doesn't look it the plant is very spiky and the fine needle like spikes are easily stuck in your skin when handling the plant. It was always very healthy looking but now seems to have developed brown areas. It's been kept in an unheated porch over the winter so perhaps that has affected it. I think it will need re potting this year. The plant is approx 20 inches high and approx 24inches wide and is quite heavy.
I hope there is somebody out there who can look after this cactus as it should be.
