Standard Lamp but only reading light works (Sale M33)

It is a good solid lamp with dimmer switch. The strong reading light works and it has a flexible neck so you can move it to where you want it and it can be dimmed. The top uplighter doesn't work but if you are good at electrical DIY you may be able to fix it (I have spare bulbs too) or put a different light in the top. Failing that you could even put some sort of battery operated light in the top for atmosphere. I've given a close up photo of the top lamp so you can see what it's like. Here's hoping someone can make use of it.
