Free: Portable AC (Lexington. Near center.) Gifted 186d - Really good condition, lightly used It's just a bit noisy for the small room we needed it for. Not a deficiency of this unit, just the nature of these portable units of any brand. We're going with a mini split. Much quieter, the noisy piece is outdoors It has the remote, and the hoses. I think these run around 300 or 400 new, I've included the model number if you want to check it on Amazon. Never in a basement, just lightly used in a second story office. It was bought new ~2 years ago. First come first served.

And we're happy to include the cover that we used on it We are simply redoing the room this fall, and it doesn't fit our plans

Free: Quality swivel bar chairs (Lexington. Near center.) Gifted 235d - Two well-made chairs formerly from "Hartwell House" on Hartwell Ave. The site that then became Waxy O'Connors. They're in good shape, they swivel, they're very well made, and they just don't fit our fall redecorating ideas. The chairs themselves are 18 in wide 18 in deep and 16 in high The feet base is 16x19 inches Floor to top of chair is 37 inches
