Optishot 2 (Eden Park. BR3) Gifted 7d - Optishot 2 golf simulator and a homemade hitting platform built with wood polystyrene and hitting mat. Needs some replacement mat around the hole for the optishot. It was gifted to me by someone else on here but my floor to ceiling height is sadly just too tight for comfort!

1930s bannister (Eden Park. BR3) Gifted 7d - Per photos. When we had it taken down the chippy said the wood was excellent wood (it is some kind of dark variety) so if stripped back of paint then I am sure it could be repurposed to something nice if anyone is creative and wants a go...

Water bottles and occasional tables (Eden Park. BR3) Gifted 129d - Three wonky metal water bottles (2 lids) and 4 plastic ones as per picture. Two occasional tables (missing middle one). Tables need a rub down and re varnishing but structurally sound. Collect all together or collect part.

Great condition Armchair (Eden Park. BR3) Gifted 223d - Just too big for our space. Very good condition. I got it from someone on here. Our house is pet and smoke free. It is free from odour. The odd mark, nothing of significance.

Bag (Eden Park. BR3) Gifted 232d - Handle is pulling away and some scuffs per photos. It has done it's last flight with us but someone may want to fix it or use it for storage or taking locally to boot sales etc. It should have decent life in it but personally wouldn't risk taking it on holiday now.

Marvin's Magic Hat (Eden Park. BR3) Gifted 265d - Incomplete but still has top hat, rabbit, wand and other tricks so would keep a young child amused for a while.

Mid sleeper bed (Eden Park. BR3) Gifted 289d - NOT THE ONE IN THE PHOTO. We took ours down before getting a photo but it is similar to the one in the photo here but 3rd hand (I got it from someone in here about 4 yes ago!). Still nice and sturdy but some bumps and bruises as you would expect. It is taken down and ready for transport from BR3.

1930s internal doors x3 (Eden Park. BR3) Gifted 308d - These are lovely doors with glass panels. We picked them up off here and did some work to them and hung them but these 3 never quite fitted right for our frames. Free to a good home. Glass is frosted. Doors are painted white. Collection from BR3.

Lawn mower (Eden Park. BR3) Received 350d - If anyone has a working mower they no longer require I am looking for one for my father in law. Thank you.

Lawn mower Gtech CLM021 (Eden Park. BR3) Gifted 1y - Parts only. Someone can have a go fixing it but we called the company and outside warranty with new part costing +£200. Collection from Eden Park. On the last photo you will see the 4* screws on the motor have wasted the plastic they were on which has therefore snapped. I took it to pieces to see if an easy fix (I am not great with those sorts of things though so would have need to be easy). I have then lost the screws but that would be easy to find new ones I would expect. No battery. On Ebay used ones go for about £150-250 working so if someone can fix they could likely sell for a healthy profit. Save it from the tip!!
