Free: Rowing Machine (Glasgow and Fischer Hallman) Gifted - Schwinn Windrigger Rowing Machine. We recently had a renovation and no longer have room for it. I tried to sell on Kijiji but too many rowing machines already available. Works perfectly and if someone can use it and enjoy it that would be great. It is heavy and long so be aware. Located at Fischer-Hallman and University Ave in Kitchener The harder you row the more air is blown back at you. Here's some reviews and info from Allrowers.com and Amazon: The Schwinn Windrigger rowing machine has the same fanwheel design as the popular AirDyne exercise bike. In addition, the Windrigger has two rowing positions to give the user more demanding exercise options. The LCD computer display shows time, speed, distance, watts, stroke rate, and calories burned. The specs are: Frame Size: 82" x 30" x 23"; Machine Weight: 112 pounds; Fanwheel System; Second stage belt; Drive Train; Maximum User Weight – 300 lbs The Buzz: The Schwinn Windrigger rowing machine, which is also known as the AirDyne Windrigger, has four program modes including a Regatta with racing features, Pyramid, Interval, and manual. It also offers a 2-position incline rail so that you can get a more intense workout when you set it to incline to help target the abdominal muscles and hamstrings muscles. Like its indoor cycle cousin, the AirDyne exercise bike, the Schwinn Windrigger has air blowing directly back onto the user rather than out to the side. As you row harder, the fanwheel delivers more resistance. The fan offers another advantage in that the cool air feels great during long rowing sessions. In addition, the rowing machine has a second stage belt drive with a one-way clutch with roller bearings for a smooth stroke. If you find the Schwinn Windrigger for less than $600 on Craigslist and it’s in good shape, then you’ve got a pretty good deal; otherwise, if your budget is at the $1000 price mark, go with the Concept2 and don’t bother looking at any other air rower. Amazon: Get a complete non-impact, full-body workout with the Schwinn Windrigger rowing machine. It features a patented fan wheel technology that exponentially increases the wind resistance the harder you row--the same airflow technology as the renowned Schwinn Airdyne exercise bike. An excellent training tool for rowers of all levels. The frame has two positions for more demanding abdominal and hamstring exercise options. Programmed workout includes regatta mode with Real Racing feature, and the exercise computer displays time, speed, distance, stroke rate, watts, and calories burned. Feature Detail: Evolution fanwheel technology for smooth resistance and cooling air flow to the user Drivetrain Second stage belt drivetrain for smooth, quiet operation

Free: Stainless 4 door fridge freezer (355 Guelph Ave, Cambridge) Gifted - Maytag Stainless steel fridge/freezer. Works great. Except the ice maker and it only works when it feels like it so we just had turned it off. Water works great too. And I’m including a brand new water filter too. All the plastic parts are in great condition and no cracks. I have cleaned and disassembled it and it’s waiting in the garage for someone to love it and pick it up. It’s 35.5” across. Height is 68.5” tall without the doors. Depth is 28.5” without the doors on. With the doors on it would add another 2-3” in depth You will probably need at least 2 people to carry it. Giving these items away since we are renovating and would like them to be gone as speedy as possible. Hoping they will once again be used and enjoyed. Pick up is in Cambridge and is an easy drive off the 401.
