IKEA Eckbacken Worktop (2 pieces) (BR3 Beckenham/Penge)

- Two pieces of IKEA Eckbacken worktop that were previously used in a loft space as part of a wardrobe solution, so never actually used in a kitchen setting. It’s basically immaculate and has no scratch marks from kitchen knives, food smells/stains etc. Two pieces that were cut out from a larger piece are included in this auction. Piece 1 (larger) was cut on an angle to fit under a sloping roof. Measures at 140cm to the longest point (would need cutting to square it off at just shy of 140cm). Depth like all Ikea worktops is 63.5cm. Piece 2 was used as a freestanding cupboard top, high up and against another bit of furniture, so also in immaculate shape. Measures 61.5cm at its widest and depth is 63.5cm. Both pieces are 2.8cm thick. More details about the product can be found here: From a clean, non-smoking household. Pick up only BR3. - Solid custom-built garden gate. Recently replaced the fence and have a new gate, so no longer needed. Measurements on pictures. One side has been painted dark grey, the other side (exterior facing) has been left natural. Still plenty of life left in it, with a bit of cosmetic updating and new door hardware. - Currently replacing my fence and have (carefully) removed 4 fence panels. 2 are intact and the other two could be fixed up on one side with spare bits I’ve salvaged from another fence which was beyond repair. One side has been painted dark grey and the other side is plain (some dark grey bits of paint have seeped through, as you will see in the pictures attached). Collection asap from Beckenham. Thanks!

- Genuine Aco drain covers. Removed from our patio when we changed it. They are 50cm each so would cover an are of 3.5m. These are expensive to buy new, so with a bit of a clean and coat of black grate polish or metal paint, they will look fantastic. Collection ASAP

- Used as a normal refuse bin outside for years but recently as a planter, so there are holes in the bottom. Very solid and well-made. Could be used as a planter again, or to store garden canes etc in a garden or allotment, or even if raised on bricks, a garden waste incinerator. I don’t have a lid for it, unfortunately.

- I think this is a brand sold at Decathlon. A few years old but in working order, although someone who is in the know might want to look at the gears, as they sometimes stick, but I’ve used it no problem to cycle for miles! I put some new tyres on and it has a new seat (Apollo brand). Needs a bit of a wash but great for anyone wanting an occasional bike.

- Used and one has a small make-up (foundation) stain, which I’ve unfortunately been unable to remove (see picture). I promise it isn’t anything nastier than that! They have been used and washed before putting into dry, airtight storage a while back, so you might want to give them a quick wash in the machine to freshen them up. They have always been used with a pillow protector underneath the pillow slip and my house is clean and smoke free. Might be good for someone on a tight budget setting up home, or could be a handy couple of spares for guests. They could probably even be used as pet bedding - entirely up to you! I just hate to add to landfill so would prefer them to be used elsewhere whilst there is still some life in them! I’m also getting rid of two feather quilts, so please check out my other listings. - 225x220cm / 7’4” x 7’9” winter weight feather quilt that has been very lightly used for a few months (I found it too hot personally, but I sleep with an open window all year! I also have an allergy to feathers, I’ve recently found!). Duvet was washed and dried thoroughly and has been in airtight storage above my wardrobe for a while, so it doesn’t smell!! It is lovely and thick and there is plenty of life in it. I think I purchased it in Debenhams a while ago so it’s decent quality. I also don’t smoke and have a clean and fresh house! Might be useful for someone setting up home or wanting a spare for guests. Others could find useful for animal bedding or the feathers for other purposes like crafting etc. Totally up to you. I just don’t want it going to landfill! I also have another Double-Size feather and some pillows going begging so please check my other listings if interested. Collection only from Beckenham ASAP.

- 200x200cm / 79 x 79” feather quilt that has been used but still plenty of life left in it. Has been stored away for a while but has recently been washed in the machine, dried outside and then blasted in the tumble to remove any moisture, so ready to go. I’m only getting rid of it as I find it too hot and it’s probably not doing much to help with my allergies! Might be useful for someone setting up home or wanting a spare for guests.
