Request: to borrow a pool/stock tank (E PDX) - Looking for a small kiddie pool (3-4 feet across), or maybe even the kind of oblong metal stock tank popular for container gardening, to give a couple of young chickens that can't go outside until March a little more space to grow. I have a five-foot kiddie pool for the dogs but it won't fit in the room the chicks are in. If you don't need it right now but would rather not give up your pool (or tank) permanently, I'd be happy with just borrowing it until the girlies are old/big enough to go outside, at which point I'd thoroughly clean and disinfect it and return it so you can use it again in the summer. Can drop it back off clean in March, if not sooner. Offer: Shop Vac (E PDX) Gifted - Clean, runs, in good shape, has the hose and most if not all attachments (I got it used). It's not quite strong enough for what I want but it's a perfectly serviceable vac. On the front porch at 15 NE 151st Ave, just north of Burnside; pick up anytime. Offer: Walnut sticks and 6" tree trunk (E PDX off Burnside) - We cut down a wayward walnut tree growing through our fence last year, and it needs to go. The bundle of sticks is about two feet in diameter, and the sticks themselves are fairly thin, no more than about 1 1/2" at the base and about 4 feet long. The trunk is about 6" at the base (most is skinnier than that) and about 9 feet long with a few branches where the sticks were trimmed off. If you want it, you're welcome to use our parking pad to cut it down to size (bring your own saw), but it would fit in a pickup and isn't very heavy. Would be great for campfires. Request: rock tumbler (E PDX off Burnside) - Need a tumbler to polish and deburr some stainless steel rings for chainmail projects. Doesn't have to be huge, but a rubber barreled one would be ideal. Thanks in advance :-) Offer: XL Doggie Diapers (E PDX off Burnside) Gifted - Mostly full (minus one) pack of Top Paw XL disposable doggie diapers, fits dogs 55-90 pounds, waist 22-32 inches and length 22-26 inches. I'm sure they work just fine, but they weren't quite big enough for our girl. Can leave outside for pickup but I need to know you're coming first so they don't just live out there on the porch.
Offer: Papasan chair frame (E PDX off Burnside) Gifted - Two-piece papasan seat frame and pedestal, medium brown cane with tan trim. Structurally sound and lightweight, a little minor damage to some decorative cane on the pedestal but it's hard to notice. All it needs is a cushion, will make a great spot to meditate, cozy up with a book, or snuggle down for a nap. Seat frame is bowl-shaped, roughly 48" across, pedestal is about 26" at widest point.
