- Good, compact rowing machine with an easy to use twist dial to select from12 levels resistance - ranging from 'barely there' to 'very hard to pull', making it suitable for just about everyone. LCD unit on the handlebar tracks Elapsed Time , Stroke Count, Calories and Reps per minute. My wife used it, but has had to stop after a hip operation. So I can avoid automated replies, please let me know who will use it and what the need for it is. Thanks

- I'm reducing the height and width of our garden borders, which - as you can see from the photo - is leaving me with several bags of soil. It's good dark soil - all our plants grow well and strong, but now there's just too much of it! If you want any of it please let me know - you can have anything from one bag to the whole lot. I'm at the top of Haringey Ladder, on one of the roads alongside Duckett's Common.

- TV is in good working condition and remote control is fully operative. Only giving away because we've upgraded. Screen is 90cm wide x 51.5cm high - the stand legs are 41cm side to side, 18cm frot to back and they lift the screen 3cm off the table. Collection only.

- This 3' 6" large single bed was bought 10 weeks ago, but a change of plans means it's no longer needed. It's hardy been used and is in immaculate condition. It comes with a new mattress and the divan (which splits into two parts) has two built-in drawers. The base is fitted with slider castors (see pic). The measurements of the base are:- Length: 191cm Width: 107cm Height: 40cm

- I have 20+ black rubble bags of garden soil, as well as several bags of gravel, all looking for a better home than the council recycling site. Happy for them to go in 1's or 2's or the whole lot at once. Good for allotments as well as garden. Will help carry & load in car/van if that's needed.

- 4 door shoe cabinet in white. Each tilt opening door can hold 2 pairs of shoes. It's in very good condition, apart from the two pictured issues - we had it tucked in under the stailrs and sawed off the right hand end at 45 degrees to make it fit - a there is some superficial damage to the bottom left corner where I glued it into a cut-out in the skirting board.

- Tub chair as pictured with Dekoria cover (plus a spare second cover) Chair's in good condition, as are the covers - which were a separate purchase. Some slight fading on the arms and a couple of small biro marks on one of the them. - Five heavy stone paving slabs (yes 5, there's one more big one behind the big one) - great for an allotment or garden feature. Largest is 78cm x 63cm and is 5cm thick. The three smaller ones are a heavy one person carry, but the two large ones definitely need two people. I'm happy for you to take them over several trips if that's needed.

- Sturdy wooden chairside/bedside table with under-top storage space. In pretty good condition, but with some marks on the 'paper' parts of some of the books. Stands 53cm high and the top is 34.5cm x 34cm. We used it as bedside table - let me know where it'll go in your home!

- Child's two part high chair that can also be used as a chair and table. Made of solid, varnished wood. It's in very good, useable condition - no loose joints, no dents or scratches - and is reassuringly stable and secure when in use. In high chair configuration the seat is 57cm off the ground. Top of the back of the chair is at 87.5cm. The base part is 45cm deep and 48cm wide. As chair + table the table top is 42.5cm off the ground and the seat is at 22cm. Please let me know who will be sitting in it if you get it!

- Big beast of a firepit - gives out a lot of heat and burns for a long time. There's surface rust in the bowl as we didn't have any indoor storage space between uses, but there's a lot of solid metal there to keep you going for a long time. Bowl is 75 cm diameter and the top of it is 38.5cm off the ground. It's heavy, but I'll help you take it to your car/van/big wheelbarrow. Replies from people who will use it not sell it, please.

- Good, sturdy wall / sideboard mounted unit. Has two small drawers, as pictured. Stained wood. It's in pretty good condition, but isn't new. Width: 95cm at the top, 89cm for the body Height: 101cm Depth 26.5cm at the top It's quite heavy (hence the use 'sturdy' above), but I'll help any car loading involved. We had it wall mounted using a Z bar, which made lifting it on and off the wall easy. Works well and there was no wobble or slippage. Please let me know what you want it for!
