Two Wood Kitchen Chairs (East Ave area Livermore)
Withdrawn
14d
- We got a used kitchen table and got more chairs with it than we need. These are solid wood, but not very heavy. They're in pretty good shape, a little paint on a back spoke of one of them. The finish on the top of the backs is somewhat worn. Seats are 17 1/2 inches high, backs are about 41 inches high. Maybe use them in a kitchen, or for utility things like garage, shop, porch, etc.

Paper guillotine / cutter (East Ave area Livermore)
Gifted
23d
- This is a Quartet paper guillotine, straight edge paper cutter. The cutting edge and platform are in good condition, cuts clean and straight. Cuts up to about 12-inch wide/long paper. The clippie thing that locks the cutting blade down is bent and wasn't holding onto the blade arm well. I re-bent it sort of back into shape and tightened the screw holding it on and it seems to be working pretty well now.

Altogether there's: (14) 1-Foot 1/4" TRS to 1/4" TRS (4) 2-Foot 1/4" TRS to 1/4" TRS (2) 6-Foot 1/4" TRS to 1/4" TRS (4) 1-Meter 1/4" TRS to XLR-Male (2) 2-Meter 1/4" TRS to XLR-Female (2) 10-Foot 1/4 TRS to XLR-Male Many of these are paired with zip ties. You can cut the zip ties to separate them. They're in really good condition.

Office chair (East Ave area Livermore)

- Fairly comfy, grey office chair. No rips or tears, in nice condition. It's solid medium grey - the pictures seem do have some crazing in them which isn't there - it's solid grey. Adjustable seat and arms height. My wife used it, it's a bit small for my 6'6" frame, probably good for "normal" people.

36-inch high Speaker Stands (East Ave area Livermore)
Expired

- These are pretty heavy duty, but kind of nice-looking Raxxess Speaker Stands. 36" high, base and top are 12" x 12". They are rather heavy - I filled the stand cores with sand, as recommended, to cut down on resonance. I'd estimate that they're 30-40 pounds each. These are made for bookshelf-type speakers for home and recording studio use. They can support a lot of weight. You could use them to prop up heavy potted plants or something too. I took the rubber feet off, but will provide them if you want to re-attach them. As I say, these are heavy. So, two cautions: 1) Take it easy on your back. I tip the stand about 45 degrees, grasp it around the middle of the column, and carry it tilted like 90-degrees. It may be best to have two people handle a single stand at a time. 2) Try to avoid lifting the stand from the top. Gravity will be tempted to pull the heavy column/base away from the top. The top is glued on well, but... Best is to do something like I say in step 1 above.

2TB External Hard Drive (East Ave area Livermore)
Gifted

- This is a 2 terabyte (that's 2000 gigabytes) external hard disk drive. Has worked fine for me. I just partitioned and formatted it, assigning drive letter E: (you can change that). It's reasonably fast over USB 2.0 - I've gotten up to about 40MB/Sec with it, usually not quite that fast, though. Very versatile connections: eSATA, Firewire 400, Firewire 800, USB 2.0. I'll provide the original power adapter. Let me know if you need a USB cable.

Arris SB6141 Cable Modem (East Ave area Livermore)
Expired
1y
- I've used this Arris SB6141 SURFboard cable modem for the past few years for Comcast/Xfinity internet. Comcast/Xfinity have stopped supporting this cable modem, and, especially after they doubled the download speed, it's having some trouble keeping up and I've had to replace it. It actually still worked - sort of. It wanted to reboot itself when I started on the internet, then it was OK for the rest of the day. Maybe you or a relative or friend are using a different cable internet provider? Certainly, you should check compatibility. If it's supported, then save $100 or so. Note that this is a cable modem only. You need a router for multiple ethernet connections and wireless. Comes with the power adapter and Quick Start Guide. No cables are included.
