Free: Glass bath panel (Portslade by Sea BN41) Withdrawn - Main dimensions are 77 x 140cm, with a narrow strip forming a right angle to fit the wider end of the bath, (this could be removed). Some sealant still attached but easy to remove that too. The glass could be put to others uses, eg a cold frame.... I can leave it outside for collection.

Free: Old JVC record deck (Portslade by Sea BN41) Expired - It used to work fine, but it's not been played for a long while, and needs someone who knows how to bring it back to life, or perhaps use it for spare parts.

Request: Prop for Clothes Line (Portslade by Sea BN41) Expired - Does anyone have an unwanted washing line prop? I need one to hold up my new clothes line... Free: Concrete paving slabs (Portslade by Sea BN41) Gifted - These have just been removed from my garden and are ready for collection outside my house. Let me know if you would like them and I'll send you my address... Request: Fennel or borage seedlings (Dyke Road area BN1) Expired - I'm making a new garden but it's a bit late to start from seed, and I wondered if anyone has any spare plants, that have self propagated? Thyme and oregano would be great too. Happy to have small seedlings.... Free: Large glass jars (Dyke Road area BN1) Expired - 4 clean large glass jars, labels removed. Plus a large plastic sweetie jar. Could be useful for storing or preserving food. I can leave them outside my door for collection.

I can leave them outside my door for collection Free: art portfs (Dyke Road area BN1) Expired - Made of thick polythene, with cardboard reinforcement 2 x A1 1 x A2 In used condition but still serviceable. I can leave them outside my house for collection. Free: Various old magazines (Dyke Road area BN1) Expired - Having a clear out... At least 20 vintage Robert Carrier cookery magazines, and others, from the early 1980s; Jewish Renaissance magazines, bi-monthly cultural journals, going back 20 years; Therapy Today journals from past two years. They need to be gone by the weekend, otherwise they'll go in the recycling bin... I can leave them outside my house for collection. Free: Tiles (Dyke Road area BN1) Gifted - Soft yellow, textured rectangular tiles measuring 100 x 200mm. Suitable for kitchen or bathroom. A few have a flower design. Thirty eight whole tiles, plus a further quantity of cut sections. I can leave them outside my front door for collection.

Free: Large wall storage unit (Dyke Road area BN1) Expired - This really useful piece of furniture needs a new home. The oak wood veneer is in good condition with one or two minor scuffs. It comprises: 3 cupboard spaces, glass fronted cabinet, pull-down drinks cabinet, 3 drawers, 2 further pull-down cupboards 2 open spaces for tv/hifi equipment, plus a sliding shelf, and open shelving at the sides. Width 212cm, height at highest point 211cm Will need two people and a van for dismantling and removal. Free: Trundle bed (Dyke Road area BN1) Gifted - Solid pine single slatted bed, with another bed underneath the same size, that pulls out. Includes both mattresses, plus 2 laundered mattress protectors, all in used but good condition, no stains. Two people plus van will be needed to remove and transport the beds... Free: Wardrobe (Dyke Road area BN1) Expired - Clean and solid wardrobe with hanging space on one side and open shelves/drawers on the other. Needs a little TLC cosmetically but structurally sound. It's fairly heavy so you'll need two people to carry it down a flight of stairs, and a van to transport it. Dimensions: Height 1700mm or 67" Width 1130mm or 44.5" Depth 430 mm or 17"

Free: Leather offcuts and scraps (Dyke Road area BN1) Gifted - Could be used for babies' or dolls' shoes, perhaps? I can leave them outside for collection. Free: Old feather pillows (Dyke Road area BN1) Gifted - Too lumpy for human heads, but might be okay for pet bedding? I can leave them outside my house for collection. Free: clean jam jars (Dyke Road area BN1) Expired - At least 15 clean, lidded jam jars with their labels removed. I can leave them outside my house for collection. Free: Ringbinders (Dyke Road area BN1) Expired - These would be suitable for students of any any age, stocking up with stationery for the new term. They are used, but in good sturdy condition, a few are extra wide, plus a few with thinner, bendy plastic covers. All have some logos/printing on them, but this could easily be covered up. 15 Blue plastic covered board 9 various colours glossy board 6 large plastic covered board 6 thin bendy grey plastic I can leave them outside my house for collection.
Request: fruit picker (Dyke Road area BN1) Expired - Can anyone lend me a fruit picker so that I can collect the fruit from my fig and greengage trees? Happy to return it by the end of August and to repay the lender with fresh juicy figs! Free: glass jars (Dyke Road area BN1) Gifted - I have a large number of clean glass jars with screw tops, labels removed. 1 very large, about 13 medium (ie jam jar size) and around 22 assorted small jars. I would prefer them to all go together, and can leave them outside my house for collection.
