- This is an old machine in poor condition. Good points – the motor starts easily and runs fine, no smoke from the exhaust. Bad points the wheels are out of line, the height adjustment doesn't work, and there is a big hole rusted through the deck which you can see in the photo. It does work, I cut my grass with it last week. It could be patched up to work better, or used for spare parts.

- Four fluorescent light fittings for ceiling. All were working when I took them down over the past week. The tubes are a few years old so may need replacing soon. The fittings are 4 feet in length with shiny louvres which direct the light down. Two 28W tubes in each fitting. Prefer all to go as one lot please.

- Four large plastic buckets 2 are 25 litres, 2 are 15 litre. One 25L has a lid the others have no lids. These have been used to store hohner and beeswax. One is stained inside from was, but the others are just dusty. All to go as one lot please.
